I think that’s the wrong question. A stack assumes a server, since they all “stack” on top of each other.

I would go with AWS Lambda running python and DynamoDB back end with API Gateway in front to begin with.

But it could easily be Azure Functions or BigQuery or something else… it doesn’t matter.
