AWS is no longer “green” and I am angry (UPDATE: it’s back to being “green” again)

UPDATE: (19:27 BST 22nd September 2020) The page has been updated to include the “green” regions that the previous page had:

Thank you AWS for restoring this content and these commitments, it is appreciated! I hope that it is clear that customers (and I am still a customer) do care. If these elements go missing, it can cause a big reaction.

AWS has five “green” regions again. Good. Go and use them. Tell AWS you want more.

UPDATE: (14:51 BST 23rd September 2020) Removed the original post content for the time being. The content has served its current purpose for getting AWS to update the sustainability page. I may bring the content back at a later date.
